Fife Council have planned out of hours work with our suppliers to ensure our phone system is up to date and compliant.
The work is scheduled for 6 consecutive weekends - starting 19th -22nd January and ending 23rd - 26th February and will effect incoming calls to our centres..
Work will start at 8.00pm on the Friday night and end 6.00am on the Monday morning.
No disruption is expected on the weekend of the 19th January 2018 but there may be intermittent issues over the weekends of the 26th January, 9th February and 16th February dependent on any unexpected issues or delays.
The disruption may affect incoming calls to Fife Council phone numbers and anyone having difficulty getting through to our centres should keep retrying the number or use alternate means of communication.
