Business Strategy 2010-14
The Board of Directors have approved a business strategy covering the period 2010-14.
The strategy provides a revised and more focussed direction for the Company reflecting the changing national, regional and local context within which it operates and in particular Fife Council's corporate priorities, strategies, plans and cross cutting agendas.
It will ensure that the Company continues to function as an independent vibrant sustainable business.
The strategy establishes a long term deliverable vision for Fife Sports and Leisure Trust with clear outcomes, based on effective use of investment and resources and maximising the benefits of its non-profit distributing status.
