Aqua Deep
Similar to the Aquaerobics class but performed in deep water using a buoyancy aid.
Aquanatal
A wonderful form of safe water based exercise for during and after pregnancy. It is fun, relaxing and frees you from the weight of your pregnancy for an hour or so.
Big Ball / Stability Ball
A fun workout using stability balls. This class targets all your problem areas helping you achieve good posture and all over body tone.
Bodybalance
The perfect stress buster! This class combines the principles of yoga, pilates and tai chi such as controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength training. Creating a holistic workout that brings the body, mind and soul into a state of balance.
Bodymax
Traditional resistance exercise, using dumbells and barbells. Involves changing rhythms in the exercise to include squats, lunges etc.
Body Combat
An energetic martial arts inspired workout that draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, tai chi and muay thai.
Bodycombat Challenge
Improve your stamina and have some fun with this class that combines Bodycombat with circuit exercises to provide an all-round workout.
Body Conditioning
This class starts with a warm-up, a short blast of aerobics to elevate your heart rate followed by deep-toning exercises of high repetition to sculpt and tone your body.
Bodypump / Pump FX
Bodypump combines high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. Targeting weight loss, you can tone and shape your body in record time.
Bodypump Challenge
Bodypump Challenge is a more intensive version of the bodypump class for those at intermediate or advanced level.
Boxercise
Boxercise classes incorporate boxing moves and techniques such as shadow boxing, skipping and hitting pads and punch bags in a fun, challenging and stress busting workout.

A class to suit all fitness levels and ages consisting of a warm-up followed by toning all major muscle groups whilst working to your own ability.

Cardio Kick Punch
Cardio Kick is a dynamic, motivating and intense workout that combines simple aerobic choreography with martial arts and boxing-based moves.
Fitness Boot Camp
A tough and highly energetic full body circuit class workout where you will be pushed to your limits to help you achieve your fitness goals. Sessions include running exercises, obstacle challenges, tyre flipping, boxing drills and ViPR training.
Nb outdoor class (FIPRE Sat 9.30am – 10.30am) should also say - Please wear clothing suitable for outdoor activities.
Group Cycle
A cycle-based workout on a stationary bike. During the class the instructor simulates a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! a fantastic cardiovascular workout.
Hangover Class
The perfect remedy for that morning after feeling! A whole body workout with an easy to follow routine using handweights, steps and lots more. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Hulaerobics

The ViPR™ may look like a humble rubber tube but it is virtually indestructible and comes with an amazing array of exercises.
