This class will fine-tune balance, which is the basis of all movement. With more challenging equipment this class will develop knowledge of space that the body occupies and how that relates to their environment. We will aim to improve posture, flexibility and stamina but above all offer an enjoyable experience.
NB. Please note this class will aim to sit two BAGA awards each year (6,5,4,3,2,1 awards).
