Improving sport, leisure and cultural opportunities is one of our big priorities. Fife Council is investing over £50 million in leisure facilities across Fife. Carnegie Leisure Centre in Dunfermline is currently closed for major refurbishment and plans are progressing for new sports facilities in Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes.
Significant funding of £3.6 million has also been secured from sportscotland towards these exciting new sports centres that will offer state of the art facilities for the people of Fife to enjoy for many years to come.
