Before using the gym, you will firstly be required to obtain an authorised user pass (photo ID card, passport sized photograph required).
New users should attend a series of introductory sessions with a qualified fitness instructor. Typically between 1 and 5 sessions will be required to demonstrate full competency and correct technique. Sessions can be booked by contacting individual centres.

Our fully qualified instructors are friendly and approachable. During your induction sessions they will coach you on safe and correct use of the equipment and can tailor a fitness programme to suit your needs upon request. Then you can choose to exercise on your own.

Experienced users who regularly use other similar fitness facilities, or with previous gym experience (within the last 6 months) may be required to attend a familiarisation session. This session will be instructor led and could last up to 1 hour. Session can be booked by contacting individual centres.

Please note: additional familiarisation/induction sessions may be required when accessing an alternative site other than the site at which your authorised user pass was issued.
