Active Options 2
Keeping active when you have a health condition can be difficult, however, increasing your activity levels can make a big difference to your physical and mental wellbeing.
Award-winning Active Options 2 classes are based on the amount of physical activity you are able to do rather than your health condition, so, are suitable for all physical abilities. They are led by specialist instructors who can tailor exercises to best suit your needs making sure you are safe, comfortable. but above all, having fun.
The Active Options 2 programme was recently awarded the ‘Successful Work with the Health Sector’ award by Sporta UK – the national association of leisure and cultural trusts – at its 10 year anniversary celebrations. One of only two trusts to be recognised at the awards, Fife Sports and Leisure Trust was particularly pleased to be recognised in a very competitive category.
