Winning by Losing
Adult Healthy Weight Programme and Fitness Class

In 2010, Winning by Losing, a long-running NHS Fife healthy-weight programme, began offering adults who wish to lose weight the opportunity to combine healthy weight-management advice with physical activities at many of Fife Sports and Leisure Trust’s centres. Fife Sports and Leisure Trust work with an NHS Fife dietician to train fitness instructors and now deliver 12-week blocks on healthy eating advice and physical activity.

Change your health behaviours for life!
30 mins of healthy eating advice and weigh-in followed by a 45 minute
physical activity session (optional). Our classes are delivered by knowledgeable, understanding and experienced instructors.
