What are dance classes like?

Freestyle or pre-choreographed dance flavoured fitness classes are the perfect workout.  These classes are all about fun, motivation, laughing out loud and sharing a moment with your class participants.  You can dance better than you think – practice make perfect.  So come along and try even if you are dance challenged.

Dance classes:

HI LOW DUO

An easy to follow Hi/Low cardio and tone class, that leaves you feeling thoroughly invigorated, rejuvenated and energised. This session is completely adaptable to all fitness levels, and the aerobics section won’t leave those more “co-ordinately challenged” trying to escape out the back door.

AEROBICS

A high energy workout choreographed to fabulous music. This class is designed to improve the efficiency of the heart and lungs, it’s a great calorie burner.  You are guaranteed to leave this session smiling and dancing.

ZUMBA

Zumba originated in the early 1990`s from Colombia, created by Beto Perez, this latin flavoured workout has inspired millions of people all over the world to join dance flavoured group fitness classes. ZUMBA is thrilling, crazy and fun even for the dance challenged…!

LINE DANCING

Learn some fun Line Dances or just come for the great exercise. Our  We play Great Music of all the Genres like Country, Top 40, Ballroom, Blues, Irish, and much more. You never need a partner but you can bring all your friends and have a lot of fun. Plus you get exercise without realizing you are actually excercising.
