Q1:  How long have you worked in the fitness industry?

I have been in the industry for 8 years.

Q2: What classes do you deliver for the trust?

I teach Piyo, Metafit,Body Combat and Group Cycle for the trust.

Q3: What do you love about your job?

What I love about my job is being able to help people achieve their potential and seeing my participants progress during each class.

Q4:  What’s your favourite workout & why?

My favourite workouts are Boxing and Body Balance, I love how relaxed I feel after a tough workout!!

Q5: On your days off, where can we find you?

During my free time you will probably find me at the cinema with my husband or visiting family and friends when I can.

Q6: If you won the Lottery, what would you do?

If I won the lottery I would go travelling and see the world.

Q7:  What’s your favourite fitness quote?

My favourite quote is 'quality over quantity' and 'its got to challenge you to change you.'
