Q1:  How long have you worked in the fitness industry?

I have worked in the fitness industry for 14 years now, but only delivering classes for 10 years

Q2: What classes do you deliver for the trust?

Classes I deliver for the trust are , body conditioning, winning by losing , and insanity.

Q3: What do you love about your job?

What I love most about my job is , every day is different therefore I never get bored, and the appreciation and thanks that you receive from people as you help them gain confidence and reach their goals.

Q4:  What’s your favourite workout & why?

My favourite workout is Boxercise, as it was the very first course I completed, although I don't deliver this for the trust I still have a passion for it , at the moment I enjoy delivering insanity classes, as you can put a lot into a short time,therefore giving good results .

Q5: On your days off, where can we find you?

On my days off I usually make time for my own workouts , taking part in classes that I don't teach myself, I also like to spend time with my family friends  west highland terrier, and my adopted Maltese terrier which was my mums dog .

Q6: If you won the Lottery, what would you do?

If I won the lottery , I don't think I would give up working , but I would have a few months off to traveland see places I would like to visit , I would also purchase lots of different colours of trainers.

Q7:  What’s your favourite fitness quote?

Fitness quote has to be "never give up, no matter your age, its only a number."
