Q1:  How long have you worked in the fitness industry?

I have been teaching classes for 23 years.

Q2: What classes do you deliver for the trust?

I teach RPM, BodyPump, Zumba and occasionally BodyBalance and Aquaerobics for the trust.

Q3: What do you love about your job?

I love all of the people I have the pleasure to meet - they all have different stories and different goals and if I can help them enjoy exercise and a healthier lifestyle that makes my job worthwhile.

Q4:  What’s your favourite workout & why?

Don't make me pick I love them all!!! RPM because it's fast paced and you get a huge adrenaline rush. BodyPump because it gives you the strength to kick life in the right direction and Zumba plain and simply because it's fun!!! 

Q5: On your days off, where can we find you?

You'll find me with my family on holiday, watching a film or 3 or getting taken for a walk by Zeus (our husky).

Q6: If you won the Lottery, what would you do?

I would still be involved with fitness no amount of money would change that!! I'd still be working out but I would add a few more exotic destinations to my list!!!

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger - not just for fitness!!!!
