Q1:  How long have you worked in the fitness industry?

I have worked for the trust for 8 years.

Q2: What classes do you deliver for the trust?

I currently teach Aquaerobics, Metafit, RPM, 20/20/20, Winning by Losing and Senior Flex. I am also qualified in INSANITY, BodyCombat and Salsacise...

Q3: What do you love about your job?

The thing I love about my job is the fact I get to share in clients life journeys. That I get the chance to help coach them, either to change their fitness, to gain confidence in themselves, to reach a goal or simply to make them laugh and forget the stresses of their day. It's the best job in the world and has gotten me through some very tough times in my life...

Q4:  What’s your favourite workout & why?

My favourite workout is RPM, it's structured so you get the correct amount of work and recovery...it challenges you all the time, even as your fitness grows, the music is awesome......and it was the first class I ever taught ..metafit is awesome too, short enough that you know it's going to finish soon but hard enough that you know you've worked...

Q5: On your days off, where can we find you?

My only day off is a Thursday, which I usually spend with my disabled mum and dad, either shopping with them, taking them to appointments or just spending time with them..if I take time off it's usually to follow my other passion in life....superbikes...whether BSB, WSB, or MotoGP...or NW200...

Q6: If you won the Lottery, what would you do?

If I won the lottery I would buy some land build a house and a granny bungalow for my parents, help my family financially and build stables and kennels and have loads of animals, donate a huge chunk to maggies cancer centre in kirkcaldy...Oh and I would love a tissot watch...like the ones the pole winners of the superbikes get...

Q7:  What’s your favourite fitness quote?

My favourite fitness quote is...."every accomplishment starts with the decision to try"
