Q1: How long have you worked in the fitness industry?
I've been teaching yoga since 2008
Q2: What classes do you deliver for the trust?
I teach Yoga at Waterstone Crook, Michael Woods and East Sands
Q3: What do you love about your job?
Seeing people who never thought they'd be interested in Yoga start the feel the benefits, aches and pains disappear, they start to sleep better and generally feel happier.
Fife Sports and Leisure Trust have over 200 classes per week across Fife.
Q4: What’s your favourite workout & why?
I love practicing Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a continuous flowing style of yoga that can be gentle or dynamic depending on how you're feeling.
Q5: On your days off, where can we find you?
Experimenting in the kitchen, I love discovering new recipes for healthy snacks and desserts for the family to enjoy.
Q6: If you won the Lottery, what would you do?
I'd travel more with my family and I'd carry on sharing Yoga with as many people as possible!.
