Q1: How long have you worked in the fitness industry?
I’ve been working in fitness for the last 8 Years
Q2: What classes do you deliver for the trust?
I deliver; Bootcamp, Boxercise, Circuit Training, Core Blast, Interval training and Group Cycle.
Q3: What do you love about your job?
There is far too much to list here. I love the fact I can help people reach their goals whatever they may be and the range of clients you can meet. Some are in it for weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness and some just for the social aspect so many good people and stories.
Fife Sports and Leisure Trust have over 200 classes per week across Fife.
Q4: What’s your favourite workout & why?
I love powerlifting, throwing big weights around - just love it. As long as it involves sweat I’m happy.
Q5: On your days off, where can we find you?
I only have a Sunday off so I like to spend this with my family going on days out. Normally end up at a zoo somewhere :).
Q6: If you won the Lottery, what would you do?
I would love to open my own gym.
Q7: What’s your favourite fitness quote?
Ive got a few :) . I must say though " all the way down" has to be up there though. I’m a big believer in a full range of motion so always stress the easier option, but doing the full movement rather than the harder option but only doing half.
