Q1:  How long have you worked in the fitness industry?

I started my pilates classes in the summer of 2008 in my city. On the beach . Was fantastic and I think I'll never forget. The same month I started to teach Aerobics

Q2: What classes do you deliver for the trust?

Pilates especially, and Piloxing. But I can teach Aerobics and step and available for some cover  

Q3: What do you love about your job?

Absolutely the energy... and I love when I can teach people to move in a correct way

Q4:  What’s your favourite workout & why?

I love step and aerobics and connect them with some pilates exercises. Cardio energy of step or aerobics and the perfect conditioning of Pilates

Q5: On your days off, where can we find you?

I spend my free time with my husband. Visiting some historical places or playing tennis. And shopping ;-)

Q6: If you won the Lottery, what would you do?

Good question..... I think I'll travel around the world.

Q7:  What’s your favourite fitness quote?

If you work in the fitness industry or generally sport industry I think it is not a real job... is a mission.  The mission to transmit your passion for the healthy style of life
