Situated on Queensferry Road to the south of Dunfermline just off the A823. There is good roadside signage easily seen on approach from either side of the dual carriageway. The athletics centre is located at the end of the driveway, just beyond the Dunfermline Academy of Sport. There is ample free parking. Click here for more parking information.

 

 

 

The bay window gym is now open for the Public

With Olympic Barbell platforms and racks and a variety of barbells and dumbbells. The Bay Window gym at Pitreavie is the ideal no-nonsense training space for those interested in strength and conditioning and heavy lifting.

To complement this, there is also the public access Thistle Suite with more racks and free weights to choose from. There is also a more commercial-based gym in the upstairs area, with additional cables, plate-loaded machines and basic CV equipment.

Junior Weights

Come along and try our Junior Weights Sessions. Learn about the basic techniques of weightlifting, free weights, core and suspension, and training under the safe tuition of our qualified gym staff, following a structured gym programme to suit their age range.

Extreme Bootcamp

We are pleased to announce due to popular demand, Outdoor Bootcamp with Mike McKechnie has returned.

Mondays 8.00pm – 9.00pm.

Sessions will be bookable online or at the reception from 8 days in advance.
