Pitreavie Strength and Conditioning Suite
The Strength and Conditioning Suite is open seven days a week to both athletes and the general public. Access is dependent on completing an induction. One or more sessions are likely to be required depending on an individual’s experience before they are deemed eligible to possess an authorised user pass (photo ID smartcard). An authorised user can gain unrestricted acess, subject to class or group restrictions.

2.30pm - 8.30pm

PUBLIC USE GYM
Downstairs area public access as previously was allowed upstairs induction and competency based session and approved users card. Any coaches must provide proof of certification and be added to the coaches data base and are subject to a sign and sign out policy. This include and athletes under their supervision.
Equipment - 3 x Platforms, Dumbells and Bench Area, Dip Station, Bench Press, Cable Machines, and Glute Ham Bench. Indoor Arena: Spin Bikes and Concept 2 rowers.
Access to the upstairs shared area will follow the same process as with our other Strength & Conditioning suite at Michael Woods Sports & Leisure Centre. There is a time table of use by Sportscotland and Institute of Sports and Fife Sports and Leisure Trust. Out with those times there will be specific individual or coached groups allowed access but only under a competency based frame work.

|Fife Sports and Leisure Trust have been lucky enough to benefit from the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games Legacy programme and have received professional weightlifting equipment which has been installed in our Strength & Conditioning Suite.|
