Our gyms are equipped with the Element range and Pure Strength range of resistance equipment from Technogym.

 

  • ARM CURL

    Handles pivot to automatically accommodate varying forearm lengths. Eliminating the elbow pads allows natural movement around the elbow and prevents overstretching the elbow.

  • ADJUSTABLE BENCH

    8 Backrest angle settings with 3 Seat angle settings, integrated wheels and integrated handle this super adjustable bench will allow a wide range of dumbbell and barbell exercise to be performed in safety and comfort.

  • CABLE JUNGLE

    The Cable Jungle is a multi-functional equipment for performing a wide variety of exercises for the whole body. Resistance is provided by the four weight stacks linked to cables, to which various accessories and handles (supplied) can be attached.

  • CHEST PRESS

    This seated chest press offer a converging arc of movement which provides a feeling of similar training with dumbbells. Independent movement arms result in more balanced strength improvement. The handles are easily adjusted to the desired range of motion form the seated position.

  • CHIN DIP HIP

    Exercises include pull-ups, leg raise and dips.

  • DUMBELL RACKS

    With space for multiple weights it enhances user safety when selecting weights and performing exercises using dumbbells.

  • ERCOLINA

    These are one of the most recognized brands in weightlifting, the bars and discs are great for strength training, and are very robust.

  • KINESIS STATIONS

    Kenisis Stations are 6 machines which use the Full Gravity Technology System allowing the user to train tri-dimensionally by supporting natural movements. It provides variable resistance in relation to range of motion and angle.

  • LEG CURL

    Seat and back pad adjust together to insure consistent seating comfort and support whilst minimising hamstring constriction. Dual roller input eliminates one adjustment form traditional seated leg curls and minimise the potential for hyperextension of the knee.

  • LEG EXTENSION

    The anatomical shape of the thigh support cushion minimizes pressure on the knee. Exercise position can be adjusted while seated. The ROM lever activation button adjusts the starting angle from the seated position.

  • LEG PRESS

    Large foot plate increases the variety of exercises possible. Resistance profile is optimized via a cam mounted inside the foot support structure. Shock absorbers stop the carriage at the end of the possible range with a smooth deceleration.

  • LOW ROW

    Independent movement arms result in more balanced strength improvement. Centre grip allows the user to self-support when training one arm at a time. The shape of the arms enables the user to find the optimal position for the exercise by simply adjusting the seat and chest support.

  • MULTIPOWER

    Multi-functional equipment for a variety of lower and upper limb exercises. Counter-balanced barbell system which enables the user to train with minimal stress. Floating barbell system offering a 'free weight' feeling and assisted machine safety, both at the same time. 

  • SHOULDER PRESS

    The converging arc of movement provides a feeling similar to training with dumbbells. Independent movement arms result in more balanced strength improvement. The plane of movement is positioned slightly forward in order to minimize joint impingement. 

  • LAT PULLEY

    The Lat Pulley is a strength training exercise and works when the handle is moved via a cable pulley.

    This equipment allows you to train as heavy as you like using free weights in complete safety. In addition, the built in lifting platform gives you the perfect base to work from inside the rack and the versatility of the full lifting platform out side of the Rack.

  • PECTORAL

    Decline movement pattern activates the largest percentage of pectoral muscles while minimizing anterior deltoid involvement. Elbow pads transfer force directly to the intended muscles. External rotation of the arm is minimized in order to reduce shoulder joint stress.

  • VERTICAL TRACTION

    Outward facing seated position with back pad helps encourage correct posture and movement. The arc of movement is designed to provide a greater range of motion for the lat muscles. The plane of movement is slightly forward of the shoulders to provide a comfortable path of motion for the user.
