Carnegie Leisure Centre is now closed for refurbishment.

Fife Council is investing £17.2 million into the Centre with the aim of delivering a modern, fit-for-purpose sport and leisure facility. As well as a full refurbishment, this innovative project will deliver enhanced facilities and services to customers and the wider community.

	Carnegie Leisure Centre Refurbishment on Track August 2009 Members of the Council’s City of Dunfermline Area Committee saw first hand today the significant progress which has been made with the refurbishment of Carnegie Leisure Centre.

	£1.1 million boost for Carnegie Leisure Centre December 2008 Fife Council has received a £1.1m boost towards the redevelopment of Carnegie Leisure Centre in Dunfermline.

	Carnegie Leisure Centre Design Finalised November 2008 Following extensive consultation with customers and a range of key stakeholders, including Dunfermline & West Fife Sports Council, national governing bodies of sport, sportscotland and Historic Scotland, the design for the refurbishment of Carnegie Leisure Centre has now been finalised.
