As part of the 'Healthy Me' topic children will be able to play on our Gymtime mini gym equipment which includes; an infant treadmill, bike and airwalker. The treadmill will help children learn about balance and co-ordination, with the treadmill motion created by the child's movement. The infant bike is great for the development of muscles in children's calves and upper legs and the airwalker is good for all round cardio vascular exercise as well as stretching leg muscles.
