Duloch Gym has now been kitted out with the latest high-tech gym equipment.

Fife Sports and Leisure Trust – the region's leading provider of sports and leisure facilities – along with Fife Council, has invested £220,000 to refurbish Duloch Leisure Centre's gym with state-of-the-art equipment.

The new 60 station gym will incorporate cutting edge fitness technology unique to the area, including the new crossover cardio machine from the Beijing Olympics supplier, Technogym. The Gym will boast one of the latest trends to hit the fitness industry, a new power plate which uses vibration technology to stimulate a natural reflex to help burn fat and enhance strength and muscle tone. Also on site is a wide range of new heavy duty plate loaded gym equipment as well as cardiovascular equipment, most with easy iPod connections.

Several pieces of equipment will be able to accommodate wheelchair users.
