The Gym at FIPRE, Glenrothes
The Fife Institute has two distinct activity areas. The gym is aimed at general users with both strength and cardiovascular equipment on offer. There is an inclusive cable machine that can be adapted to suit a wide variety of users. There is also a range of equipment designed to allow the less able user to become more active in a safe and effective environment. The Strength and Conditioning suite offers training facilities for all levels of athletes from club to elite.
