Personal Programmes - Coming Soon
You will soon be able to download our personal programmes to help you keep track of your fitness.

Programme Guidelines:
  • Move from machine to machine as quickly as possible.
  • Your goal is to work for a longer duration every session and burn more calories than the last session.
  • Comfortable pace means you can still talk and are not gasping for breath after two or three words, you should feel slightly sweaty.
  • Record all the calories you burn so you can compare each 5 week block and track your progress.
  • After 5 weeks you can download the next level weight loss programme
  • Try to eat smaller meal portions than you normally do, drink 6 medium size glasses of water per day and avoid high calorie snacks.
