Programme Guidelines:
- Move from machine to machine as quickly as possible.
- Your goal is to work for a longer duration every session and burn more calories than the last session.
- Comfortable pace means you can still talk and are not gasping for breath after two or three words, you should feel slightly sweaty.
- Record all the calories you burn so you can compare each 5 week block and track your progress.
- After 5 weeks you can download the next level weight loss programme
- Try to eat smaller meal portions than you normally do, drink 6 medium size glasses of water per day and avoid high calorie snacks.
