That’s why we’re seeking new Board Members to provide financial oversight and strategic direction to the Chief Executive and Executive Management Team. With your support and guidance, we can take our message out across Fife to engage people about enjoying our facilities and demonstrate how their support directly impacts all local communities.
Overall Responsibility
As a Director, you shoulder the crucial responsibility of overseeing and controlling the activities of the Trust. It is imperative to grasp the organisation’s aims and objectives clearly and ensure that the management of staff, finances, and other resources aligns with these goals. Under Company law and Scottish charity legislation, Directors are entrusted with various duties, ensuring the company’s success and adherence to its purposes.
