Salary banding and pay grades

We offer a clear and defined structure for salary banding and pay grades, with opportunities for progression to the next point of the grade on April 1st each year until you reach the maximum for the grade or the day following completion of 6 months service in the post, whichever is later.

Pension scheme

We know that planning for the future is important, which is why we offer a Local Government Pension Scheme with an employer contribution of 18.5%. You can trust that we have your long-term financial security in mind.

Non-Core Payments

We recognise that some roles may require non-standard shift patterns, and we offer non-core payments to ensure that our employees are compensated. These details can be discussed during the interview stage.

Generous holidays

We believe that rest and relaxation are crucial for our employees’ wellbeing. We offer 33 days off, increasing to 38 days over time. Plus, you can carry up to 5 days’ leave to the following year, giving you even more flexibility.
