Adult Climbers
Our Bouldering instructor is available on Monday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.00pm for guidance.

Experienced Adult Climbers (18+)
- If you have previous bouldering experience, you can register at reception on your first visit. Our staff will ask a few questions to ensure you can use the centre safely.
- If you haven’t climbed in a while or have only done rope climbing, a refresher/induction may be ideal to ensure you have the necessary bouldering skills.

Novice Adult Climbers (18+)
- New to bouldering? You’ll need to complete a 30-minute induction on your first visit. Upon completion, you can register for unsupervised climbing during public times.
- Alternatively, you can be supervised by an experienced climber who can sign you in as a guest. After a few supervised visits, you’ll be ready to register for unsupervised use.
Children Climbers
Note: Inductions assess competence and responsible use of the facilities. If a child does not meet safety standards, the instructor will provide guidance on next steps. Junior members are not allowed to supervise other juniors or novices and will lose unsupervised access if they fail to follow the rules.
Family
As the wall is unsupervised, any adult wishing to bring their child/children buldering must have completed an induction or be approved as an experienced climber prior to attending. All users must have their own rock shoes. Young children may wear clean indoor plimsolls instead of rock boots.
Please note junior memberships cannot supervise junior climbers or novices and will have their unsupervised access revoked if they fail at any point to adhere to the conditions or use.
