What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness competition designed for everyday athletes. Combining running with functional fitness exercises, it is fast becoming one of the most popular ways to test your strength, speed, and stamina. It’s more than just a workout – it’s a community where you push your limits and achieve your personal best. Challenging both mental and physical endurance.
Whether you’re an experienced athlete or new to fitness challenges, HYROX offers a unique opportunity to compete in an inclusive, supportive environment. You can take on HYROX solo in the Open or Pro category, share the experience with a teammate in the Doubles Category, or join the Team Relay category by splitting HYROX four ways.
