Our programme follows the National Framework for Swimming In Scotland, in partnership with Scottish Swimming, and is designed to support individuals of all ages in developing their skills and advancing through the different levels.

Learn to Swim Options

Early Years

This programme is designed to introduce you and your child to the water in a fun way making it exciting and enjoyable for you both. It will provide you as a parent with conﬁdence and skills to help teach your child to swim.

Learn to Swim

The programme provides a fun, progressive and all-inclusive pathway for children to participate in any aquatic discipline to whatever level they aspire to.

Summer Swimming Intensives

Dive into our Swim Intensive Weeks, a dynamic programme designed for children aged 3 and up to build water confidence and master a broad range of core aquatic skills in a fun and supportive environment. Over the course of five engaging days, participants will receive 2 hours and 30 minutes of expert-led coaching from our team of instructors, helping them develop strong swimming foundations.
