Les Mills releases brand-new music and choreography every quarter — and we’re celebrating in style! Join us for an action-packed morning filled with high-energy workouts, fresh routines, and epic tunes.

This event is FREE for Club members.! Our talented team will be ready to guide you through each session.

Born to Move

We are thrilled to offer Les Mills Born to Move classes tailored specifically for those aged 4 to 7 years. These energetic sessions are designed to ignite a love for movement in our youngest participants.

With engaging music, simple choreography, and plenty of playful activities, your little ones will explore the joy of dance and fitness in a supportive and encouraging environment.

  • Activities: Fun routines, playful games, and creative exercises
