Fife Sports and Leisure Trust offers a variety of sessions tailored to suit all abilities:

Beginner

New to Pickleball? This introductory session, led by our experienced ambassadors, covers all the basic rules and techniques. Perfect for anyone looking to pick up a paddle for the first time.

Pickleball Social

Meet fellow players and enjoy friendly matches in a relaxed environment. These sessions are ideal for those who already know the basics and want to play for fun and fitness.

Pickleball for Wellbeing

Perfect if you’re returning to activity, managing a health condition, or simply looking for a cooperative, easy-going, and fun experience.

Ideal for beginners seeking an introduction to the game, as well as those wanting to build confidence, develop skills, and improve fitness in a supportive environment.

Pickleball Compete

Ready to test your skills? Our competitive sessions are designed for players seeking a challenge. You’ll be paired randomly with a partner and play a minimum of three timed matches in a round-robin or compass draw format.

How to Get Started

Hire a Court:

Courts are available for singles or doubles matches. Equipment can be hired at reception when you book your court. For details and to reserve a slot, contact reception.

Lite Membership + Play Add-On
- Perfect for those who prefer Lite venues. This option gives access to Pickleball and 49ers sessions exclusively at Lite venues.
