Find your fit with Junior Athletics
Our age 5-8 years Run, Jump, Throw programme provides your child with an insight into the sport of athletics helping to develop fundamental movement skills enabling your child to have an all-round physical ability whilst also developing the basic technical skills needed to run, jump and throw correctly.
Our classes offer a wide range of activities, including hurdles, shot putt, long jump, and more!
