Adult Gymnastics

Our adult gymnastics classes offer the perfect blend of fun, fitness, and flipping! Whether you’re a complete beginner or a former competitor, our sessions are designed to help you build skills, confidence, and strength in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Each one-hour class begins with a dynamic warm-up and stretch, followed by practice on the floor, vault, and beam. You’ll be amazed at what your body can accomplish, and you’ll leave each session feeling strong, empowered, and smiling.

These sessions are open to men and women aged 50+ only £4.20 per session. This is run in partnership with Active Fife, Football clubs, and the Scottish FA.

Book an Astro Turf Pitch
Our synthetic turf pitch (STP) pitch can be hired as a full, half, third or quarter pitch, making it suitable for everything from small-sided games to team training and league play. It can be set up for 5-a-side football, or combined to create a 7-a-side pitch.

Our 49ers Racket Sport sessions offer a welcoming and inclusive environment for older adults to enjoy a range of racket sports including, table tennis, short tennis, and badminton.
49ers Activities on Offer
Enjoy playing table tennis, short tennis, squash, and badminton in a friendly and welcoming environment. All abilities welcome come along on your own or with a friend. What are the opening times for the rock face climbing wall?
Opening times are listed above. Please note that last entry is 45 minutes before closing and access may be subject to timetable changes.
Is there a cost to climb?
Access to the climbing wall is included in the Club Membership or available as pay-as-you-go.
Do I need an induction to climb?
Yes, if you are a novice climber or haven’t climbed in a while, you will need to complete a 30-minute induction.
What is the process for experienced climbers?
Experienced climbers can register at reception. If you haven’t climbed in a while or have only done roped climbing, a refresher/induction may be necessary.

What equipment do I need to bring?
Participants must bring their own rock boots and chalk. Young children can wear clean indoor plimsolls instead of rock boots.
Can I bring my child to climb?
Yes, but any adult bringing children must have completed an induction or be an approved experienced climber. The ratio is 1 Adult to 1 Child for ages 5-8 and 1 Adult to 2 Children for ages 8-17.
How do I arrange a group booking?

Both squash and racquetball are played on a squash court with racquetball using a slightly wider racquet and slower ball making this better suited to new players and juniors.

Pickleball
We’re championing the Pickleball movement across Fife, making it easy for everyone to give it a go. Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis, making it an exciting and accessible sport for all ages and abilities.
