Pilates
Pilates is a holistic approach to fitness that provides a low-intensity yet effective workout for core strength, mobility, and flexibility.

Qi Gong
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice combining movement, breathwork, and meditation to balance the body’s vital energy, or Qi.
It promotes physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. Suitable for all ages, it enhances flexibility, reduces stress, and boosts vitality.
You’ll find Qi Gong at Carnegie Leisure Centre’s new dedicated Mind and Body Studio.

Les Mills BodyBALANCE
Les Mills BodyBALANCE is a holistic and well-rounded workout that offers physical and mental benefits. It combines elements of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation.

Football Camps
Kick off your child’s holiday period with our exciting Football Camps for primary 1 to 7 children. Our camps, delivered in partnership with Active Fife, are designed to inspire and develop young players of all skill levels. Choose from 1-day or 5-day camps, held across our leisure centres during the school holidays.
Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity for your child to have fun, stay active, and improve their game!

Athletics Camps
We’re offering 3-day and 1-day athletics camps across some of our venues during the 2025 school holidays.
These camps are perfect for beginners and experienced young athletes alike, focusing on:
- Developing fundamental movement skills for all-round physical ability.
- Teaching or refining the technical skills needed to run, jump, and throw correctly.

Dance Camps
Whether your child is a seasoned dancer or just loves to groove, our Freestyle Dance camps are perfect for everyone!
Our dance camps are an amazing way to stay active, make new friends, and learn incredible moves! From hip-hop to jazz and freestyle to street dance, kids will explore a variety of styles while enjoying fun, interactive games and activities. With each camp ending in a show-stopping performance, it’s the ultimate dance experience!

Gymnastics Camps
Looking to keep your child active and entertained during the holiday break? Why not sign them up for our Gymnastics Camp, designed for children of all abilities, from primary 3 to 7.
This exciting camp offers:

Tennis Camps

Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics, is a form of exercise that takes place in a swimming pool. Moves are easy, fun and choreographed to great music. Due to the support of the water this is an excellent option for those recovering from injury.

Aqua Deep, is a form of aquatic fitness that takes place in deep water, typically with participants wearing buoyant belts or vests to keep them afloat

Aqua Zumba is a water-based fitness program that combines elements of traditional aqua aerobics with the lively and rhythmic moves of Zumba, a dance fitness program with a Latin flavour. It’s a fun and energetic way to exercise in the water

Hydrocycle
Hydrocycle is an effective and enjoyable way to improve cardiovascular fitness. The combination of cycling in water adds resistance to the workout, creating an engaging and challenging experience.. The water supports the body making this an ideal session for injury rehabilitation
