An invite to help celebrate National Fitness Day with Tiger’s Eye Mindfulness
At Fife Sports and Leisure Trust, we’re always looking for new ways to support the health and wellbeing of our loyal Leisure Active Members.
That is why we are delighted to invite you to a member exclusive evening of mindful wellbeing with Tiger’s Eye Mindfulness. On the 20th of September 2023, we celebrate National Fitness Day across the nation. As part of our own celebrations, we are pleased to welcome Lindsey Methven, a highly regarded Mindfulness and Meditation coach to our Duloch Leisure Centre. Lindsey will explore mindfulness and how it can support your overall wellbeing.
Her ethos is a simple one! Mindfulness is just as important as exercising your body. Just like our bodies, we need to exercise them and care for them, and this all starts with understanding how our brains work.
Deep diving into specific mindfulness themes that we believe will appeal to many, Lindsey will share with our members how to use mindfulness to make mindful eating choices and how to stay dedicated to these choices. We all know sleep is essential to our overall wellbeing, so Lindsey will also carefully guide us through mindfulness techniques to help us get to sleep… and then back to sleep if we wake up! Better still, you will be able to participate in a few exercises and experiments that will support what you learn from the event.
The member exclusive event will be held at Duloch Leisure Centre on Wednesday, 20th September 2023, from 7pm – 9pm. As an added value offer to your membership, tickets are complimentary on a first-come-first-served basis. We encourage you to snap up your tickets quickly, so you don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to attend this free event.
