Is the app free to use?
Yes, it’s completely free for all members. However only Club members will have access to the Les Mills home workout content, as well as other features such as Club Perks when it is launched.
Do I need a new account?
No, simply download the app and use your existing Leisure Hub login to use the online booking functionality.

How do I get access to help with Leisure Hub?

If you are creating an account for the first time, please ensure when prompted to enter the post code, all letters and numbers are together. For example, KY120QE
What activities can I book through the app?
You can currently book:

Group fitness classes

Pickleball sessions

Gym sessions (Beacon Leisure Centre only)

Court hire (badminton, squash, etc.)
We’ll continue to expand booking options and activities over time, so keep an eye out for updates.
How do you find your regularly booked classes?
Yes, from your venue page click ‘My Account’ in the venue page footer, then ‘My Booking’. From there you can view ‘Upcoming’ or ‘History’ and rebook your class from there.
The fitness classes are not loading
Sometimes there is a delay with classes pulling through from our booking provider. Sometimes clicking on another day to view, then returning to your desired page resolved this issue.
Can I still use Leisure Hub on my browser?
Yes, the app just makes it quicker and easier to manage everything on the go, but if you wish you can continue booking using the web-based boking system.
Will my bookings and details carry over?
Yes, your bookings are still linked to the Leisure Hub system.
