Birthday Parties

No deposit is required. To secure your booking, full payment for the party is needed at the time of reservation. 

Our party packages are extremely popular, and many customers reserve their dates several months in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. If you’re planning something sooner, please contact your local centre and we’ll be happy to explore any available options. 

If you need to cancel your party, we require a minimum of four weeks’ notice before the party date. The same notice period applies if you wish to reschedule your booking. 

The activity portion of the party, whether it’s inflatables or playtime, lasts for 60 minutes. After this, you’ll have access to a private party room for an additional 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the package and location. 

We recommend that the party organiser arrives at least 15 minutes before the start time to sign in at reception. For pool parties, guests should arrive around 10 minutes early to allow time to get ready. For all other party types, guests can arrive for the scheduled start time. 

Parties should arrive on time to ensure full use of the booked session. Late arrival does not extend the booking; the session will still end at the scheduled time. 

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food, including items delivered to the venue. Please note that we do not have any heating facilities available on-site. 

We do not currently offer catering options and do not provide plates, cups, or cutlery. However, many of our sites have vending services providing snacks and soft/hot drinks. 

Guests are welcome to stay during the party. If you expect a larger number of additional guests, please contact the site in advance to check the room’s capacity limits. 

Staff will be present during inflatable parties to manage the use of the equipment, but the hirer remains fully responsible for supervising all children and ensuring they are safely collected at the end of the party.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if a child does not meet the required age or height criteria, or if the number of attendees exceeds the stated capacity for the selected party type.

All inflatable parties, wet and dry, have a member of centre staff supervising the inflatable for the full duration of the party to ensure safe use. These staff members are fully trained in first aid. 

External entertainment may be arranged by the hirer; however, all entertainers must provide proof of £5 million Public Liability Insurance, and any electrical equipment must be PAT tested. 

Only suitable decorations such as banners, weighted balloons, and table décor are permitted. Confetti and any decorations that need to be taped, pinned, or fixed to the walls are not allowed. 

Photography is permitted only of the hirer’s guests and only with parent or guardian approval. Photography or filming is strictly prohibited in all swimming pool areas. Images must not include other centre users. 

Yes, we offer physical party invitations that you can write on and share with your guests. The birthday child will also receive a birthday card from Fife Sports and Leisure Trust along with a free activity pass of your choosing.
