Founded in 1975, InCAS (Inverkeithing Competitive Amateur Swimmers) has encouraged and nurtured young local swimmers to reach their swimming potential in a safe and caring environment for almost 50 years. InCAS prides itself on being a small community and family-oriented club with inclusivity at its core. It has a proud history of success in Regional, National and International swimming events.
