Ready to transform your fitness and confidence using the power of boxing?

Join our focused, fun, women-only 4-week programme. We’ll take you from zero experience to feeling stronger and more self-assured, improving your cardio, strength, coordination, and focus along the way.

The four-week Couch to Corner programme launches on Sunday, November 2nd.

Sessions will run every Sunday from 9:30am to 11:30am until November 23rd.

What You Get:

Skill Building: Learn all the basic boxing skills and footwork.
Total Fitness: Boost your body and sharpen your mind in every session.
The Final Test: Finish with an exciting, low-impact 3-round Tap Sparring Match. It’s skill-focused, safe (full protective gear provided), and opponents are carefully matched!

Details & Sign-Up

Who it’s for: Women with no boxing experience and an average level of fitness (e.g., you can handle 30 minutes of moderate activity).
Equipment: All gloves and protective gear are provided.
Location: All sessions take place in the Boxing Room at Carnegie Leisure Centre, which has a 14ft ring and heavy bags.
Coach: Stuart Rowa-Dewar

Spaces are strictly limited to 12 participants.
