Leon’s Inspiring Transformation

At just 24 years old, Leon has embarked on an incredible fitness journey. Nearly two years ago, he was severely overweight, almost bed-bound. With support from Fife Sports and Leisure Trust’s community funding initiative in partnership with Fife Council, Leon received a free year-long membership and a fresh start.

Leon said:

“I knew I needed a drastic change, and the Fife Sports and Leisure Trust membership was the perfect opportunity to start my journey! The staff at Levenmouth are incredible… they made me feel like part of a community.”

Edward’s Dedication to Lifelong Fitness

At 95 years old, former Royal Air Force (RAF) member Edward is a familiar face at Kirkcaldy Leisure Centre, where he has been a regular for 17 years.

Edward said:

“I was 78 when I first stepped into the gym at Kirkcaldy Leisure Centre. I had no grand ambitions, just a simple desire to get fit. Little did I know, it would become such a crucial part of my routine.”
