You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining. You will be given a refund, however, you will be charged for any usage within this period.

After 14 days, if you wish to cancel you must give a minimum of one calendar month’s notice in writing.

You can update your details by contacting your nearest venue. Alternatively, if you have a Leisure Hub account, you can update your details on your online account.

We cannot change the payment date for your membership fees since our system is programmed to process all payments on the 1st of each month. However, please note that payment dates may shift slightly to account for bank holidays.

Not a problem! We’re happy to help get your membership reactivated. Simply visit your nearest venue. They can easily restore your membership and set up a new direct debit payment plan. This will ensure you don’t miss out on any of the perks and benefits of membership.

Booking fitness classes online is easy and convenient through our Leisure Hub portal. Simply visit Leisure Hub and log in using the same account details that you signed up with as a member.

Our class timetable is viewable in the Leisure Hub with real-time availability, so you can easily see and reserve spots in upcoming classes.

When booking, be sure to use the same name, email, and contact information associated with your member account to ensure your enrolment is linked properly.

With our Pay As You Go option, you have the flexibility to enjoy our facilities according to your schedule and budget. Click here to view and download our price lists.

You will receive a smart/membership card from reception. This card is yours to keep and will be your key to accessing our facilities.

As a member, you can either check in at reception or use the fast-track option to scan your card and record your attendance, granting you access to the gym or your chosen activity. Non-members must check in at reception, purchase an activity pass, and then use the card to gain access.

Yes, you can request a replacement card. The initial card is free, but a replacement card costs £4.75.

Wristbands are a convenient alternative to membership cards, which can be worn or attached to gym bags. Wristbands cost £7.10 and can be purchased at reception in any of our venues. They are available in three different sizes.
