We offer flexible pass options designed to fit your lifestyle and fitness goals. Whether you’re looking for a one-day trial or month-to-month flexibility, our range of passes gives you access to gyms, pools, fitness classes, and more across our Fife venues. Choose the pass that works best for you.
Club and Club Play members can also bring a guest once per calendar month free of charge.
Club Day Pass
This pass is for those who do not have any membership and would like to try the Club membership for one day. This is available to be purchased at any venue.
Price: £9.00 (18 plus years)
Payment Method: Card or Cash
Minimum Commitment: 1 day only
Venue Access: Purchased Venue Only – available at any of our venues across Fife

- Swimming Pool
- Health Suite
- Athletics Track (if purchased at Pitreavie or Michael Woods only)
- Climbing Wall (if purchased at Carnegie only)

Flex Pass
Access all areas on a one-month basis.
For customers who do not wish to purchase our Lite or Club membership, you can use our facilities on a ‘Pay as you Go’ basis.
The Flex monthly pass option comes at various price points.

A Flex Pass gives you one month of access from the date of purchase.
Guest Pass
Club and Club Play members can now bring a guest to the venue of their choice once per calendar month, free of charge.
Please feel free to visit a venue of your choice to request a Guest Pass on the day of its intended use.
At this stage, we do not require pre-booking but this may be revisited at a future date.
Guests are invited to take part in all the Club and Club benefits that are on offer in agreement with our guest terms and conditions below.
- Members can offer one guest pass per month; this can be used at any venue but only within Club or Club Play memberships.
- Guest passes can be used seven days per week, in line with the venue’s opening hours.
- Guests must be accompanied by a member for the duration of their visit and must adhere to the sport and leisure venue and gym rules at all times.
- Guest passes do not include a welcome session. Should a guest decide to become a member, a welcome session can be offered.
- Guest passes can be used for fitness classes and pickleball sessions; however, guests cannot book in advance. Spaces are offered to guests on a first-come-first-served basis on the day the guest pass is requested.
- Guests must read the Health Commitment Statement before their visit, this can be found at reception or online.
- Members and guests will be asked to sign to agree to these terms and conditions when taking advantage of our guest pass benefit.
