Welcome to the Velo Cycling Series

We can’t wait to show you our new group cycling-specific studio!

It’s kitted out with a new sound and lighting system. Not to mention the brand new award-winning IC7 bikes from Life Fitness!

As part of our new timetable, we now have over 20 cycle-based workouts every week. For those that just can’t get enough, you could ever cycle every day! Scroll down for the full timetable below.
