In terms of the Company’s Articles of Association, the maximum number of directors shall be 13; out of that number:

A maximum of 6 Directors shall be Partner Directors – Partner Directors can be drawn from elected members, officers or employees of Fife Council.

A maximum of 7 Directors shall be Independent Directors – Independent Directors are typically drawn from representatives of local businesses, communities, and the sporting sector. They must not be elected representatives, officers or employees of Fife Council or employees of Fife Sports and Leisure Trust.
