Although not essential, we encourage customers to pre-book classes. Only book session you can attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel with as much notice as possible - by not attending or not cancelling, you will be preventing someone from the benefits of physical activity and social interaction.
We would recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your session and always present at the Fast Track or reception so we know you are in the building. Your attendance ticket collected on the day must be left in the designated area for the instructor to check.
Please bring your own mat with you.
Please clean equipment at the end of a session. Our staff will carry out a thorough clean daily.
We would encourage customers to continue to sanitise their hands when entering and leaving the studio.
Please wear your face mask while collecting and returning equipment within the studio.
Wear appropriate workout clothing (moveable and breathable) and bring water.
Wear clean training shoes (not the ones you used fot Tough Mudder).
We ask all participants to read our Health Commitment Statement before taking part in group exercise.
Minimum class size is five participants.
Classes can be book up to eight days in advance, spaces operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Arrive 10 - 15 mins prior to your class (remember to allow for traffic and possible queues at reception).
Class participants should ensure that they have collected their prepaid ticket by no later than the advertised class start time, otherwise, your space may be resold/reallocated. For safety reasons, latecomers may be denied access.
If for any reason you are unable to attend a class, please give 24 hours’ notice. We are unable to provide a refund if you are out with that time.
For your safety and customer experience, classes operate a no-admission policy after the first five minutes. We recommend you arrive 10-15 mins early for the class where possible.
We are delighted for you to check-in at our venue and take selfies and pictures of your friends, feel free to tag us on
Instagram @FifeLeisure. We would however ask that you are mindful of others and their privacy. To get the best form your session, switch off your phone for the workout.
We recommend you bring only what you need for the group fitness session - lockers will be available.
