Our 125 station gym boasts the latest and most effective fitness equipment installed by Technogym and Origin Fitness. With our 5 gym zones – Cardio, Fixed Resistance, Free Weights, Functional and HIIT – we have made it easier for our customers to find the zone that best suits their fitness and exercise needs and our qualified gym staff will guide and support you in achieving your exercise goals.

Our equipment includes the Technogym SkillMill, SkillRow and Climb machines, the Cybex SPARC Trainer, Origin Functional Training Rig, Power Plate Pro5 and a large selection of free weights and functional exercise equipment.

Our separate Circuit Gym includes Technogym Kinesis Stations, a multi plane set of resistance cable machine that offer effective movement and strength training. Out with our class times you can use the circuit gym to try new machines and exercises away for the main gym allowing you to gain confidence.
