Hello, St Andrews!
Our 30-station gym at East Sands Leisure Centre is split into two rooms. The cardiovascular room offers machines, such as Technogym’s SkillMill and climb machines and the Concept II Ski Erg. The strength room features high-quality fixed-resistance machines. Our new gym space, located in the former café area overlooking the pool, houses over 40 pieces of equipment across two floors. Conveniently situated next to East Sands Beach, this gym offers the perfect opportunity to warm up and cool down outside before and after your workout!
