The 40 station gym at Levenmouth Swimming Pool and Leisure Centre is split between three rooms. There is two substantial cardiovascular rooms with a wide selection of machines including, Technogym’s Run 600 Treadmill, Vario and Synchro Cross Trainer’s and popular Climb machines that replicate real stair climbing, Concept II Ski Erg and Rowing machines. The third room has a full complement of fixed resistance machines including a Leg Press, Lat Pulldown and multi adjustable cable machines.
