We’re thrilled to be a part of this year’s National Fitness Day and can’t wait to help you get moving! This year’s theme is “Your Health is for Life!” – and with that in mind, we have a fantastic range of fitness classes available across Fife to suit all levels and interests.

From energizing HIIT sessions and relaxing yoga classes to strength training and dance workouts, there’s truly something for everyone!

If you visit Carnegie, Kirkcaldy, Michael Woods or Levenmouth on National Fitness Day, Wednesday 18th September or East Sands on Saturday 21st September you will find these an A3 wipeable boards and pens. This is your opportunity to show the world what fitness means to you! you could share;

  • Or something totally different
