Our Health & Wellbeing programme
Our dedicated instructors lead over 100 weekly health and wellbeing classes, helping more than 1,000 participants on their journeys to improved health.
The programmes offer more than physical activity – they are a thriving community where participants build meaningful connections through shared experiences.
Award winning swimming lessons
We are proud to be Scotland’s largest Learn to Swim provider, with over 8,000 children and adults learning in our thriving community for learners weekly.
Our award-winning swimming lessons are delivered in partnership with Scottish Swimming, the national governing body.
Group fitness and gym community
We have a highly engaged group of customers enjoying our vast variety of fitness classes. Recent studio upgrades have allowed us to build a programme bigger than ever, with over 300 classes available.
Next year, we plan further gym and studio launches and our exciting new Hyrox specific studio.
